#Raj Bhavan also failed to get the recruitment scam report tabled in the House!

#The scam report is gathering dust in the government for 2-3 years.

#The government has also accepted the irregularities in the recruitments.

#If the government was honest, then why no action was taken against the departmental minister!

Vikasnagar – Jan Sangharsh Morcha President and former Vice President of GMVN Raghunath Singh Negi, while talking to journalists, said that due to the fake zero tolerance and collusion of the Chief Minister of the state, there was huge irregularity in the Cooperative Bank Class IV (Associate/Guard) Recruitment Year 2022, under which there was huge transaction in the recruitment, in which the rules were flouted. Sources reveal that this dirty game was played under the patronage of the head of the state and on his instructions, the minister of the concerned department is also not in a position to say anything due to pressure, that is, he too has adopted silence to save his chair. If there was no collusion in the said scam at the behest of the head, then why no action was taken against the departmental minister and the concerned officials!

Negi said that the investigation committee constituted in the case of the said scam had submitted the report of Dehradun, Udham Singh Nagar and Pithoragarh districts to the government about two and a half to three years ago i.e. on 20 June 2022, 2 September 2022 and 26 September 2022, but till date the said report has not been tabled in the House. In the said case, the Morcha requested Raj Bhavan / Chief Minister several times to table the investigation report of the recruitment scam in the House, but it did not make any difference to the shameless / irresponsible government! Negi said that after irregularities were found in the said recruitment by the Secretary, Cooperative, instructions were given to the Registrar, Cooperative to cancel the entire recruitment process, but instead of cancelling the recruitment, action was taken against 2-4 people only to hoodwink the public. The bank details (transactions) of the people who got jobs in the said recruitment scam were not taken into cognizance.

At the time of getting jobs in the said recruitment, many candidates had transacted a huge amount of about 10-15 lakh rupees (each) from their bank accounts and special attention was also paid to those with high connections and nepotism. Negi said that the Cooperative Department had recruited 423 Class IV (Associate/Guard) employees in the cooperative banks of the state, in which fraudsters had carried out recruitment scam on a large scale in Dehradun, Almora, Nainital, Pithoragarh and Udham Singh Nagar districts, for which the government had constituted an inquiry committee on 01 April 2022 and 4 April 2022. The Morcha demands from the so-called strong government of the state that if it has any shame left then it should apologize for the injustice done to capable people.

In the press conference, Morcha General Secretary Akash Panwar and Dilbag Singh were present.
