Another Accident Due to Negligence and Irregularities of a Private Helicopter Company?

At around 9 AM, a helicopter accident occurred beyond Ganganani. The helicopter reportedly belonged to a private company and was en route to Gangotri. Local residents and police immediately reached the site. Gangotri MLA Suresh Singh Chauhan expressed deep condolences and instructed the District Magistrate of Uttarkashi to rush to the scene.

There were 7 people on board, including the pilot, with two individuals currently reported injured.

In response, police, army forces, disaster management QRT, 108 ambulance services, the Tehsildar of Bhatwari, BDO Bhatwari, and the revenue team have been dispatched to the location.
