**#Agents Deployed in Every Department for Extortion!**
**#No Work Gets Done Without Middlemen’s Approval!**
**#Officers and Ministers Are Just Rubber Stamps!**
Vikasnagar – Jan Sangharsh Morcha President and former GMVN Vice-Chairman Raghunath Singh Negi, in a press conference, said that the Dhami (Dhaakad) government, which recently celebrated its three-year tenure, has in reality celebrated turning Uttarakhand into the most corrupt state in the country.
Negi stated that today the situation has become so dire that ministers and officials have been reduced to rubber stamps, and power is centralized through the appointment of middlemen in every department. All government operations are now being run through these agents from the CM House. These agents have been specially deployed to extort money from the public, with many of them being government employees or officers, while some have been outsourced specifically for the job.
No work in the state gets done without paying bribes to these middlemen. The reins of power are now completely in the hands of these agents. There is no one left in the system to hear the grievances of the common people, whose applications are ending up in the trash.
Negi further added that the Dhami government has given key responsibilities to corrupt and revenue-generating officers, while honest and hardworking ones have been sidelined. As a result, honest officers are feeling completely disheartened.
Due to this massive corruption, Uttarakhand now ranks as the most corrupt state in the country.
Morcha General Secretary Aakash Panwar and Atul Handa were also present at the press conference.
