A video of Additional Secretary Arunendra Chauhan has gone viral on social media, in which he is seen raising his hand against a man. The video also shows a heated argument and scuffle between him and a police officer. The entire incident reportedly took place in the Jhajhra area.
According to available information, the dispute is related to a piece of land, for which a complaint had previously been filed with the district administration. Local residents say the issue has been ongoing for quite some time and the administration has had to intervene on multiple occasions. The viral video clearly shows Arunendra Chauhan striking a man, followed by a sharp verbal exchange with the police officer present at the scene.
The incident has sparked a controversy, with many questioning the decorum of a senior government official engaging in such behavior in public. Police have confirmed the incident and stated that an investigation is underway, with the viral video being included as part of the inquiry.
