The Yadav Family who are Beneficiaries in Haridwar Nagar Nigam Land Purchase Scam actually submitted fake affidavit to get the land use change.
SDM Haridwar should take cognizance of their fake affidavit. Their Sale deed should be cancelled, money should be recovered and FIR should be lodged against them in appropriate sections under BNS.
Subhash Kumar Chauhan then patwari who gave his report to kanungo Ramesh Chandra who on the same day visited the land in question gave his hand written report to Tehsildar Priyanka. Tehsildar was forcibly requested to give her report in one day only. Ramesh Chandra kanungo took the file to SDM court by hand for order under Section 143. Then SDM issued Notice of one weeks time and after completion of notice period Parwana for Land use change was issued in four days. Sources revealed that it was Ramesh Chandra who played major and most important role in changing the land use and yet undetected.
