In this infamous scam of Haridwar Nagar Nigam ‘s Land Purchase Scam why there is no FIR till date and more surprisingly this case have not been referred to ED.
Those Big Shots who have conspired this entire scam but are not visible on Papers can be nailed down under section 120 B .
Very interesting and important is the Money transaction. Out of 13 Crores Spent, Land worth 8 crores was purchased in HRDA industrial area and 5 crores were spent cash. Sources tells that this cash was distributed against the services given by the Supreme officers in Administration and Nagar Nigam.
The land in question whose circle rate was approximately 13 Crores but market value was negligible as no buyer was interested to buy land near Trenching ground because of Mountains of Permanent Garbage and killing foul odour 24×7 and 365 days.
