Kedarnath Yatra Preparations in Full Swing; Snow Cleared from Trek Route Ahead of Shrine Opening

Snow has been cleared by workers along the entire Kedarnath trek route up to the shrine.

Damaged roads and bridges on the Kedarnath trekking path have also been repaired.

All district administration teams are actively working to restore the route despite adverse conditions.

More than 200 workers from DDMA and PWD are working tirelessly to repair the pilgrimage route.

The sacred portals of Baba Kedarnath are scheduled to open on 2nd May . Only 24 days remain for the opening.

Before that, the district administration and government are working at a war footing to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

Senior-level officials are also inspecting the preparations on-site.
