Pauri Panchayat Polls 2025: Objection Hearings Completed, Final Reservation List on June 18

In accordance with the guidelines issued by the government, District Magistrate Dr. Ashish Chauhan conducted the hearing of objections related to the reservation list for the posts and locations of the upcoming Three-Tier Panchayat Elections 2025 in a completely transparent and impartial manner at the NIC Room of Vikas Bhawan.

Objections were invited on June 14 and 15 through 15 development block offices, and a total of 389 objections were received and reviewed. These included:

12 objections related to the Chief position,

34 for District Panchayat Member,

118 for Block Panchayat Member, and

225 for Gram Pradhan (Village Head).

After the hearing of all objections, the final reservation list will be published on June 18.

District Magistrate Dr. Ashish Chauhan stated that the hearing process was carried out with full transparency and impartiality to ensure all parties were given a fair opportunity to present their views.
