Haldwani: ADG (Crime & Law and Order) V. Murugesan, who arrived in Haldwani, held a meeting with Senior Superintendents of Police from Nainital and Udham Singh Nagar districts, along with other officials, to review the crime situation.
DIG Kumaon Riddhim Aggarwal was also present during the meeting. During the session, V. Murugesan assessed the working style of the Circle Officers and reviewed the current law and order situation. He gave instructions to intensify the crackdown on wanted criminals and expedite the resolution of pending cases. Directives were also issued for swift action under the *Drugs-Free Uttarakhand* campaign. Additionally, he instructed authorities to ensure robust security and peace arrangements during Eid and other upcoming festivals.
